General Terms & Conditions
NoTimeForNovels.com is a service provided by Michael Bukowski. All transactions conducted under German law.
1. General Applicability
1.1. The following general terms and conditions are applicable in their current version to any commercial relationship between NoTimeForNovels.com and our customers.
1.2. The following general terms and conditions are exclusive. Opposing terms cannot be accepted. Conditions presented by our customers and conflicting with ours can only be accepted if NoTimeForNovels.com has agreed to these in written form in each individual case.
2. Sales Contract
2.1. The online shop NoTimeForNovels.com is targeted exclusively at end users, and no discounts can be granted to resellers. Resellers can contact the publisher via e-mail.
2.2. By sending an order via e-mail or by payment via PayPal the customer presents an offer according to § 145 BGB. The customer will receive an e-mail confirmation stating that the order has been received. The customers will be notified in the case of possible mistakes in the details published on the website, and, if deemed necessary, receive a new offer.
2.3. A sales contract between the customer and NoTimeForNovels.com comes into existence when NoTimeForNovels.com accepts the customer's offer. The offer is accepted subject to availability of the ordered items. NoTimeForNovels.com does not need to declare this acceptance to the client; the client waives such a declaration according to § 151 S. 1 BGB. All items offered at NoTimeForNovels.com are generally available although in exceptional circumstances a particular item may be temporarily sold out. NoTimeForNovels.com will inform the customer via e-mail about this immediately. If the unavailable items have already been paid for, the client will receive a full refund.
3. Prices, Delivery and shipping costs
3.1 Single copies of NoTimeForNovels.com cost €9 within Europe (incl. €2 shipping, incl. VAT if applicable) and $12 (US) outside of Europe.
3.2. NoTimeForNovels.com will dispatch the ordered items to the given address immediately after payment has been received.
3.3. All items are shipped by Deutsche Post AG in collaboration with DHL. All items are sent as a 'Büchersendung' (special book rate). Deliveries within Europe should generally take no longer than 6-10 days, whereas overseas deliveries may take longer.
3.4. If you are interested in ordering more than 4 copies, please send us an e-mail and find out about discounted pricing and shipping. We will be happy to present you with an individualized offer.
4. Property reservation
Until full payment has been received all items remain the property of NoTimeForNovels.com.
5. Payment
5.1. Items offered on NoTimeForNovels.com are available only against an advance payment with one of the payment options given during the ordering process (Bank transfer or PayPal). Orders from outside of Germany can only be paid via PayPal. PayPal fees are paid by NoTimeForNovels.com and there are no extra fees for our clients. For more details: www.paypal.com
5.2. The total price including shipping is payable from the moment the sales contract has been closed.
6. Return policy
6.1. The customer has the right to return items without any specific reasons within 14 days upon receipt. Items have to be packed adequately and sent to: Michael Bukowski, Crellestraße. 16, 10827 Berlin. The customer must prove that the items have been sent back.
6.2. If the customer cannot return the items in perfect condition, NoTimeForNovels.com is entitled to receive a compensation. If the items have already been paid for, NoTimeForNovels.com is entitled to deduct this compensation from the refund. In certain cases this compensation may be the total price paid.
6.3. The costs for returning items are to be paid by the customer, except if the wrong items were shipped or if it can be proven that the items were not received in perfect condition.
6.4. The customer will receive a full refund for the items already paid for. Possible transaction fees may be deducted.
7. Privacy statement – Collection and Use of Personal Information
Michael Bukowski and NoTimeForNovels.com are committed to protecting the privacy of customers shopping at NoTimeForNovels.com, and to treating personal information as confidential. This privacy statement is based on various German laws, among them the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG - Federal law for data protection) and the Telekommunikationsgesetz (Telecommunication law). Personal information gathered from customers is used exclusively to process an order and to dispatch the articles ordered. NoTimeForNovels.com assures customers that their personal information will not be handed on to third parties.
